This notice explains what we collect when you request early access to Zhilo, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you submit the early-access form, we collect:

• Your name and work email
• Your company name, role and company size
• Anything you choose to write about what you'd like Zhilo to handle first
• The page address you submitted the form from

Why we collect it

We use this information only to contact you about Zhilo's early-access programme and to understand which companies are interested. We don't use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are received and stored by our website hosting provider, Netlify, and forwarded to our team by email. Access is limited to the Zhilo team.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We don't share it with third parties except the service providers that host our website and email.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as our early-access programme runs, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@zhilo.xyz. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.
